Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare, Clinical or Pharmacy.
• Expertise in drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms and conditions.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop customized contract strategies and recommendations for complex contracting needs.
• Lead negotiations with legal, clients, and suppliers to establish terms and conditions.
• Prepare and analyze RFPs to evaluate options and develop contracting recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to develop contracts addressing requirements.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives for large or complex client accounts.
• Analyze cost and utilization data to identify savings opportunities.
• Monitor contract compliance to support cost savings and objectives.
• Support supplier relationships via cross-references, in-services, trials, issues.
• Develop and deliver communication strategies for recommendations and opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and senior leaders; guide team members.
