The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, vendor relationships, and value analysis to support budgeting and quality goals for a multi-hospital system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare supply chain.
• Knowledge of medical-surgical supplies, diagnostic testing, and clinical workflows.
• Experience with healthcare contract management and Value Analysis processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 500+ contracts representing $100M-$250M in spend.
• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle including RFP/RFQ process.
• Negotiate local and GPO contracts to improve pricing and terms.
• Drive cost savings, process improvements, and standardization.
• Ensure compliance and data-driven decision making.
