Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of six years of related experience in staffing/scheduling or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience with scheduling platforms, Kronos, strongly preferred.
• English language proficiency required at an intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scheduling resource for ESS employees and participating facilities.
• Coordinate initial assignments after employees complete orientation and HR clearance.
• Use the master staffing schedule to identify openings for full-time and part-time ESS employees.
• Compile and distribute open shift needs weekly and for urgent needs.
• Prepare and revise daily staffing sheets as assignments and facility needs change.
• Maintain records of assignments, per diem pickups, and clearances.
• Review monthly hours in UKG/Kronos to ensure scheduling commitments.
• Track attendance and maintain supporting records.
• Communicate scheduling changes and updates promptly to employees and facilities.
