Job summary

Children’s Minnesota is seeking a purchasing professional to own end-to-end purchase order processing in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote). The role requires Minnesota or Wisconsin residency and 3+ years in healthcare purchasing, with an associate degree or equivalent experience.

Ideal candidates will have hospital supply chain exposure and a strong focus on timely pricing accuracy, vendor coordination, and patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years purchasing experience, preferably in health care.
• Business or hospital supply chain experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns purchase order processing from start to finish.
• Owns price discrepancy resolution for non-contract products and updates ERP with correct pricing.
• Sources and secures substitute products during shortages and manages supply availability concerns.
• Manages GHX interface, match exceptions and open order reporting while providing high-level customer service.
