AuthoraCare Collective in High Point, NC, is seeking a Manager of AuthoraCare House Calls to oversee day-to-day operations of home-based programs, including Primary Care and Palliative Care. This full-time hybrid role requires coordinating staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliant billing practices.

The position collaborates with the Director, may require occasional evenings or weekends, and offers PTO, holidays, and health benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field with licensure.
• 2–5 years healthcare management experience in multi-specialty setting.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and performance management.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and financial management.
• Experience with primary care delivery; CCM/PCM preferred.

• Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling and patient flow.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality measurement.
• Support director with budgets and performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff across roles.
• Optimize practice efficiency and billing practices.
