Qualifications

• 3-10 years of litigation experience.
• Healthcare litigation experience preferred.
• Massachusetts bar membership or the ability to waive in.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide clear, concise written legal analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Litigation in state and federal courts, including mediation and arbitration.
• Administrative litigation, including rate and audit appeals and license matters.
• State and federal government investigations, including DOJ, AGO, CMS, and OIG matters.
• Provide regulatory and compliance advice to clients and act as outside general counsel as needed.
