Job summary

Rockport Healthcare Services seeks a mid-level in-house litigation counsel to join its professional liability team in Glendale. You will manage and supervise outside counsel, coordinate with internal clients, and report on matters with accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have real-world experience in professional liability/personal injury defense, strong drafting skills from inception to summary judgment (including discovery and dispositive motions), and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Experience in professional liability/personal injury defense.
• Strong drafting skills with pleadings from inception to summary judgment including discovery and dispositive motions.
• Reliable, proactive, well organized, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising outside counsel.
