Zusammenfassung

SDS Rx is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage hybrid scheduling, contractor relations, and pharmacy customer support within our healthcare logistics network.

You will coordinate route coverage, monitor delivery performance, and facilitate billing, settlements, and records while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring precise communications with contractors and pharmacy partners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising teams and coordinating contractors.
• Experience with Independent Contractor (IC) models.
• Strong scheduling, staffing, and workforce coordination abilities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Completing weekly contractor settlements and ensuring accurate payment processing.
• Supporting customer billing, invoicing, and account administration activities.
• Preparing reports, maintaining operational data, and performing system updates.
• Responding to customer inquiries, emails, and service-related requests.
• Reconciling deliveries and ensuring proper closure of all orders.
• Overseeing daily route releases and contractor dispatch activities.
• Serving as the onsite liaison at the pharmacy location.
