This HYBRID role located in Springfield, Missouri, requires a strong track record in healthcare or medical sales, data-driven planning, and robust relationship-building with executives and providers to advance Mercy’s mission and market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration or advanced equivalent certification required.
• Commensurate experience in lieu of the degree or certification, with the required experience is acceptable.
• Master's in Health Services Administration, MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in assigned strategic geographic areas and service lines.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to support planning and decision-making.
• Engage hospital and clinic leadership with Mercy branding, strategy and policy.
• Manage pipeline and prioritization using CRM/PRM tools.
• Build relationships with external audiences and stakeholders to deliver results.
