Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze healthcare data across providers, members, and claims. The role develops automation and analytical tools to support operational efficiency and cost reduction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in healthcare analytics, strong SQL/Power BI skills, and proficiency with MS Office; EPIC experience is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement and independent project management are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related area.
• 3-5 years healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with data analysis tools (MS Office, SQL, Power BI) required.
• EPIC or other health information management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, analyze, validate, and maintain provider, member, claims, and other operational data.
• Develop automation processes and tools for Operations departments.
• Create monthly reports for management with key findings and recommendations.
• Analyze data to solve operational problems and support workflow enhancements.
• Prepare, analyze, and project financial impact of reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and value.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects.
