Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Computer/Information Science or related fields.
• Healthcare reporting/analytics experience; Lean Six Sigma a plus.
• Understanding of healthcare quality data is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantitative measurement and analysis of quality, cost, financial and operations metrics.
• Develop, maintain and utilize databases and reporting tools; generate dashboards.
• Present data findings to leadership; collaborate with senior leaders on recommendations.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics and reports across multiple systems and tools.
• Coordinate projects; mentor junior analysts.
