Responsibilities include embedding commercial discipline in talent decisions, overseeing complex engagements, and aligning operating models with the TOM.

Qualifications

Fifteen plus years of healthcare actuarial experience with leadership impact.
Ability to connect actuarial expertise to commercial outcomes like revenue growth and margin.
Experience overseeing actuarial and financial tools and models.
Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Set and drive actuarial and financial strategy for U.S. Health.
Lead or oversee large-scale actuarial and financial consulting engagements.
Partner with client leaders to expand solutions and grow revenue.
Shape tools and models with Analytics to deliver market-leading services.
