Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a North America Health Chief Actuary to set strategic direction for actuarial and financial services in U.S. Health.

You will lead a senior team, translate actuarial insights into client-ready solutions, and drive profitable growth across the health portfolio. The role partners with Health leadership to advance business objectives, manage risk, and shape market-facing thought leadership while aligning with the Target Operating Model.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of healthcare actuarial experience with demonstrated leadership and strategic impact.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
• Ability to connect actuarial insights to commercial outcomes including revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for actuarial and financial services across U.S. Health.
• Lead complex actuarial and financial consulting engagements at scale with large employers and insurers.
• Partner with Health leadership to drive profitable growth and client retention.
• Shape tools and models with Analytics to deliver market-leading services.
• Collaborate on product development and commercialization of actuarial solutions.
• Drive operations aligned to the Target Operating Model and improve decision quality.
