This senior leader partners with Health leadership to advance objectives, drive profitable growth, and translate actuarial insights into client-focused solutions. The role calls for leading large engagements, shaping tools and models with Analytics, and collaborating on innovative actuarial approaches while aligning with Aon’s TOM.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of healthcare actuarial experience with demonstrated leadership and strategic impact.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
• Demonstrated ability to connect technical actuarial expertise to commercial outcomes, including revenue growth and margin improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for actuarial and financial services across U.S. Health.
• Lead complex actuarial and financial consulting engagements for large employers and insurers.
• Partner with client leaders to expand solutions and drive profitable growth.
• Govern tools and models with Analytics to deliver market-leading services.
• Collaborate on product and solution development and drive innovative actuarial approaches.
