Job summary

Aon plc seeks a Chief Actuary for U.S. Health to set strategic direction across actuarial and financial services, partnering with Health leadership to drive profitable growth. You will translate actuarial insights into commercially relevant solutions for clients and guide the TOM-aligned change.

Lead and develop a high-performing Actuarial & Financial team, embedding risk control, credentialing, and continuous education while delivering market-facing insights and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of healthcare actuarial experience with leadership.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
• Ability to translate actuarial insights into commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability and leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic actuarial and financial direction for U.S. Health.
• Lead or oversee large actuarial and financial engagements.
• Partner with client leaders to drive revenue and profitability.
• Translate data into actionable insights for clients and colleagues.
• Shape tools and models with Analytics for market-leading services.
