Aon plc is seeking a North America Health Chief Actuary in a hybrid role based in Charlotte. You will set the strategic direction for actuarial and financial services across U.S. Health and partner with Health leadership to advance business objectives and support profitable growth.

You will translate complex healthcare data into clear client insights, lead large engagements, and drive product development while aligning with governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of healthcare actuarial experience with leadership and strategic impact.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
• Ability to connect actuarial expertise to commercial outcomes, including revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Strong analytical capability and experience overseeing actuarial/financial tools and models.
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
