Job summary

Best Buy Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Novi, MI. In this hybrid role, you’ll answer calls from customers and caregivers, help with billing, service plans, and account changes, and provide basic tech troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment is preferred.
• Experience in a technology-focused industry is preferred.
• Experience serving senior-aged customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volume of inbound calls from subscribers.
• Actively listen, provide supportive responses and address needs.
• Recommend products and services aligned with customer needs.
• Protect customer information by adhering to regulations (CPNI, PCI, HIPAA).
