Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Operational Technology Management, Computer Science, Operations Research, or an equivalent field.
• 7+ years of related work experience, including 2+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, programs, and analytical models for business partners.
• Write clean, well-documented code and configuration using approved technologies.
• Develop and execute tests to validate correct implementation of requirements.
• Actively manage Local Analytic Workspace (LAW) or Collaborative Workspace (CLAW).
• Identify issues and communicate with management to drive solutions.
• Participate in peer reviews and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and internal partners to build capability.
