Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions in Renton, WA is seeking a Programmer Analyst II to design, develop, and deliver data-driven programming solutions that power smarter decisions across the organization. You will join the Operations Business Intelligence team to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions and mentor colleagues along the way.

Strong SQL, ETL, and reporting skills are essential, with experience in healthcare business processes preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in healthcare.
Experience with SQL, ETL tools, and reporting tools as listed.
Strong understanding of software testing and full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reports, programs, and analytical models for business partners across Cambia Health Solutions.
Write clean, well-documented code and configuration to implement business requirements.
Develop and execute tests to validate implementation of business requirements.
Active management of a Local Analytic Workspace (LAW) or Collaborative Workspace (CLAW) to support Health Plan Operations' analytic and reporting needs.
Mentor and assist team members and internal partners to build collective capability.
Participate in peer review processes and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
