Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions in multiple North American offices is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to maintain and enhance systems, write ad-hoc SQL reports, and drive testing and change control. You will coordinate between business and technology teams, deliver solutions aligned with strategic initiatives, and mentor junior analysts.

The role emphasizes problem solving, communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting adoption of new technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent healthcare industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in requirements definition, analysis, or testing.
• Experience within a supported business area is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and review specifications, data flows, and change control.
• Write and run ad-hoc SQL reports and data scripts.
• Conduct unit, UAT, end-to-end, and regression testing; troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as liaison between business areas and DTS; communicate changes to staff.
• Review and resolve sustainment issues; suggest process/tech improvements.
• Mentor and support Level I team members and adopt new tech (Talend, Tableau, APIs).
