Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Programmer Analyst II to design, develop, and deliver data-driven programming solutions that power smarter decisions across the organization. The role lives within the Operations Business Intelligence team and emphasizes translating business needs into elegant technical designs and mentoring teammates.

You will write clean code, develop tests, and actively manage analytic workspaces to support health plan analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Operational Technology Management, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field with 7+ years of experience, including 2+ years in healthcare.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear design specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, programs, and analytical models for business partners.
• Write clean, well-documented code and configuration to implement business requirements.
• Develop and execute tests to validate implementation of requirements.
• Actively manage a Local Analytic Workspace (LAW) or CLAW for analytics and reporting needs.
• Mentor and assist team members to build collective capability.
• Participate in peer reviews and drive quality and continuous improvement.
