Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience, including healthcare domain work, with strong SQL, ETL, and BI tooling skills. You’ll contribute to cross-functional analytics initiatives and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Operational Technology Management, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field; plus 7+ years of experience, including 2+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, programs, and analytical models for business partners.
• Write clean, well-documented code and configuration using approved technologies.
• Develop and execute tests to validate business requirements.
• Manage Local Analytic Workspace (LAW) or Collaborative Workspace (CLAW) to support analytic needs.
• Identify issues and communicate them to management; drive effective cross-departmental solutions.
• Participate in peer reviews and promote quality and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and partners to build capability.
