Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking an HCI Platform Analyst to support hyperconverged infrastructure operations. The role focuses on daily operations including monitoring, provisioning, and troubleshooting HCI environments. Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, preferably VMware.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support operations of hyperconverged infrastructure stacks.
• Assist with building and deploying HCI clusters.
• Install, configure, and support hypervisor platforms.

Skills

Foundational knowledge of hyperconverged infrastructure

Working knowledge of VMware virtualization platforms

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Exposure to automation and scripting

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
