Job summary

ADT is seeking an HCI Platform Analyst responsible for supporting and operating enterprise hyperconverged infrastructure environments. This role includes day-to-day operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting across integrated compute, storage, and networking stacks.

The ideal candidate will have foundational HCI knowledge, assist in building HCI clusters, and maintain compliance with engineering standards. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with VMware platforms, and a willingness to learn deeper infrastructure responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Assist with building, deploying, and expanding HCI clusters.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues.

Skills

Foundational knowledge of hyperconverged infrastructure

Working knowledge of VMware virtualization platforms

Basic understanding of server hardware

Familiarity with Layer 2 networking

Strong troubleshooting skills
