Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and ongoing leadership for multiple engineers.
• Manage headcount, schedules, and budgets for projects.
• Engage with managers and executives to guide decisions.
• Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• People-care management for direct reports and performance development.
