Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is hiring a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead complex hardware programs in a hybrid work model with 2 days per week in an HPE office. You will drive schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to deliver on product roadmaps.

The role requires strong program management experience, technical hardware background, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. PMP/ PMI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering; a Master’s in Business is a plus.
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, program management.
• PMP or PMI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams throughout hardware engineering development and implementation.
• Develop and manage project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, SmartSheets.
• Manage budgets, hardware prototype builds, risks, and resource allocations to meet roadmaps.
