Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a GSOC Security Support Operator assigned to a specific client to monitor and respond to alarms across access control, CCTV, and other security systems. The role combines in-office and remote work to support high‑priority global sites and incident response.

You will produce security reports, respond to emergency and non‑emergency calls, review CCTV footage, and coordinate with internal teams and clients. A high school diploma and security operations experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with law enforcement, military, and/or two years of security operations experience or previous experience working in a 24x7 security center.
• Knowledge of CCTV and physical access control systems.
• Able to work with highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Respond to alarms in a timely manner following SOPs for various locations and incidents.
• Produce and disseminate security reports and alerts.
• Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, vendors, law enforcement, and on-site personnel.
• Conduct CCTV video review to investigate alarms and security events.
• Coordinate responses to incidents with internal and external teams.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
