Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. seeks a Global Security Operations Center Analyst to monitor threats, collect intelligence, and support client security across worldwide operations. You will assess credibility of information, report on incidents, and assist in crisis response, travel security, and business continuity programs.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with security tools and MS Office.

Formación

• GSOC environment experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of security tools and communication protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Pinkerton values in security monitoring and threat mitigation.
• Regularly monitor OSINT, social media, and client intelligence tools for threats.
• Collect, validate, and assess credibility of information.
• Observe global security issues including terrorism, disasters, crime trends.
• Monitor geopolitical events impacting travel and operations.
• Act as initial command during emergencies or crises.
• Manage alarm monitoring, trace, and responses.
• Conduct video surveillance and security audits.
• Produce analytical reporting on controls and security culture.
• Support programs on insider threat and business continuity.
• Track progress on projects and communicate with senior security management.
