Job summary

Thrivent in Dallas is seeking a Growth & Development Manager for Virtual Advice - Hybrid to lead a local team of nationally licensed advisors serving clients nationwide. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and driving sales while deepening client relationships.

You will scale advisor programs, develop talent via cross-channel career paths, and foster a mission-driven, collaborative culture. Onsite 2–3 days weekly in a hybrid setup is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior financial advisor experience and multi-year team leadership (8+).
• Eligible for securities and insurance licensing in all states and D.C.

Responsibilities

• Lead a local market team of virtual advisors with coaching and performance management.
• Drive sales, client relationships, and productivity in a hybrid setup.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and ongoing feedback to advisors.
• Partner with virtual advice leadership, HR, and training to support team success.
• Align with market directors and area leaders on staffing and development.
