Job summary

Prosperity Life is seeking a Client Services Representative II to deliver exceptional service to policyholders and financial professionals. You will respond to inquiries, process service requests, and support life insurance and annuity products.

Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to provide timely, accurate solutions, review transactions, and ensure compliance with AML and privacy standards. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years call center customer service or office administrative experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience in insurance industry preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from policyholders and financial professionals via email, phone, and written correspondence.
• Review and process life insurance and annuity transactions; update beneficiaries and policies.
• Calculate cash values, refunds, loan balances, and other policy values with accuracy.
• Follow AML, IRS reporting guidelines, and fraud prevention protocols.
