Job summary

Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles is seeking a Group & Corporate Fundraising Manager to lead mission-driven revenue opportunities with corporations, NGOs, and peer-to-peer programs. The role oversees YPC, YLC, and the Real Estate Division, coordinating large events like the Poker Tournament and All-In-for-Wishes while serving as a public ambassador for the chapter.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional fundraising experience.
• Experience managing third-party fundraising and group campaigns.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• Experience with volunteers, committees, youth groups, or young professionals.
• Familiarity with CRM and digital fundraising tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage Young Professionals Group and Youth Leadership Council fundraising activities.
• Support third-party events and ambassador programs for Wish Kids and families.
• Lead Real Estate Division and annual Poker Tournament planning and donor cultivation.
• Collaborate on corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and employee giving programs.
• Track engagement, gifts, and campaign performance; report results.
