Job summary

C5 Youth Foundation of Southern California (C5LA) is seeking a Director of Development to lead its fundraising strategy, expansion of philanthropic support, and brand growth. You will manage a small team and collaborate with the Executive Director to build a diversified fundraising program that sustains growth and impact for Los Angeles youth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major donor campaigns and donor stewardship.
• Strong writing and communication to craft compelling cases for support.
• Ability to manage a small team and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute major gifts growth strategy to secure resources for growth.
• Oversee corporate giving, sponsorships, and donor engagement programs.
• Plan and manage annual giving campaigns and capital campaigns as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with Board, donors, alumni, and partners.
• Oversee grants pipeline and fundraising reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
