Job summary

Priority Power is seeking a Manager, Project Development – Grid Solutions & Early-Stage Engineering to drive a pipeline of gas-fired power projects. You will lead interconnection feasibility, grid topology analysis, and cost estimating for Tier-1 industrial customers across multiple Texas offices with significant travel.

The role requires 10+ years in utility-scale electrical infrastructure, a BS in Engineering, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in utility-class electrical infrastructure development, engineering or PM.
• BS in Engineering; electrical/mechanical focus preferred; PE license preferred.
• Familiarity with ERCOT or ISO interconnection processes and NERC/NESC standards.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with cost estimating (Class 3–5) and early-stage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and advance utility-scale electrical infrastructure projects from early stage to go/no-go.
• Perform grid topology analyses and advise on resiliency and redundancy improvements.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare technical findings and cost estimates for leadership and clients.
