Job summary

Mikva Challenge is seeking an Institutional Giving Manager to secure and steward foundation, corporate, and government support. You will translate program outcomes into compelling proposals, reports, and funder communications, coordinating with program, finance, evaluation, and communications teams to meet deadlines.

This hybrid role requires 4–6 years of fundraising experience with grant management, strong storytelling, and a track record in foundation funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of fundraising experience with grant writing and management responsibilities.
• Experience managing foundation grants; corporate and government fundraising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and submit high quality grant materials (LOIs, proposals, reports, funder presentations).
• Collaborate with staff to gather program updates for grant reporting.
• Ensure compliance with funder/government requirements and deadlines (site visits, updates).
• Provide writing support for donor acknowledgements, stewardship, and funding requests.
• Collaborate with communications to create compelling fundraising materials.
