Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Minimum of five years in grant writing or grants management.
• Experience handling institutional grants across full lifecycle.
• Experience with grant budgets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of institutional proposals and renewal requests.
• Translate program information into funder-ready narratives.
• Manage proposal schedules and gather supporting materials.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Prepare interim, annual, and final grant reports.
• Maintain grant records, dashboards, and CRM data.
• Cultivate relationships with funders and donors.
