Catholic Legal Immigration Network advances immigrant inclusion and rights. The Grants Manager & Advancement Officer leads CLINIC’s institutional grants program, supporting selected individual giving and major gift initiatives.

The role manages the full grant lifecycle, coordinates across departments, and translates program data into funder-ready materials to diversify revenue. Hybrid work arrangement and a salary of $83,000–$93,000 are provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of grant writing, grants management, or related fundraising experience.
• Proven success managing complex institutional grants across full lifecycle.
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and grant budget experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of institutional grant proposals and related submissions.
• Manage grant lifecycle from prospect research to closeout.
• Prepare interim, annual, and final reports; maintain funder communications.
• Coordinate with Advancement, Finance, Programs and Leadership.
• Maintain grant records, dashboards, and CRM data.
• Develop funder-ready case statements and stewardship materials.
