Mikva Challenge seeks an Institutional Giving Manager to secure foundation, corporate, and government support through grant development, management, and compliance. You will lead high-quality proposals, reports, and funder communications while coordinating with programs, finance, evaluation, and communications teams.

You will manage an active portfolio of funders, maintain donor records, and support corporate sponsorship efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of writing clear, persuasive grant proposals and reports.
• Ability to translate program data into compelling cases for support.
• Experience managing grant lifecycle from identification to renewal.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and timely submission of grant materials (LOIs, proposals, reports, funder presentations).
• Manage portfolio of institutional funders and cultivate relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Support strategy development and cross-team collaboration for fundraising initiatives.
