Qualifications

  • High school graduation or equivalent required.
  • Four years of administrative staff or professional work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree can substitute for required experience.
  • Master's degree can substitute for required experience.
  • Armed Forces service as a staff officer can substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted partner for assigned grantees.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with grantees and program staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and technical assistance to grantees.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and monitoring activities.
  • Identify training or resources needs and coordinate support.
  • Facilitate peer learning and sharing of best practices.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree substitution possible for required experience
Master's degree substitution possible for required experience
U.S. Armed Forces service experience as staff officer substitution
