Job summary

The State Bureau of Investigation (NCSBI) is seeking a Grants Program Manager to promote consistent grant administration, compliance, and stewardship of grant‑funded resources while maintaining appropriate segregation of duties between programmatic, grant‑administration, and financial responsibilities.

The role coordinates agency‑wide management of Federal, State, and other grant programs and serves as a central resource for Grant Project Managers and agency leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal and State grant administration requirements and lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret grant award documents and funding rules.
• Experience coordinating audits, monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Understanding of grant management systems and related financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agency‑wide grants administration through the full grant lifecycle.
• Serve as liaison and technical resource for Grant Project Managers and leadership.
• Monitor awards for compliance, performance, and budget utilization.
• Coordinate Federal and State grant audits and site visits, tracking actions to resolution.
• Research grant opportunities and assist with applications using JustGrants/ASAP.
• Coordinate financial information and ensure segregation of duties between offices.
• Develop agency‑wide grant management guidance, tools, and training.
