Job summary

You will oversee applications, budgeting, and reporting, while providing technical guidance to faculty and staff and maintaining strong customer service standards across all constituents.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required with at least 3 years of grant coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of grant funding policies and procedures.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Ability to develop and produce grants and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the support services and programs to assist grant program participants.
• Administers student application process, including receipts of applications and communications with schools.
• Develops, implements and monitors internal schedule to produce accurate reports for constituents.
• Monitors and prepares grant program information for parents and participants in coordination with colleges and partners.
• Manages grant program processes including application receipt, funding sources, management and evaluations.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholder groups to interpret policies and procedures.
• Provides program expertise in design and implementation of special events with partners.
• Advises students as needed via in-person, phone, or online channels.
• Manages grant program budget allocations and assists in grant writing for renewals.
