• 3+ years experience administering grant programs and full lifecycle management.
• Experience with grant program development, implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with financial management, including budget oversight and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for handling multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
