Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience administering grant programs and managing the full grant lifecycle.
• Experience with grant program development, implementation, oversight, and continuous program improvement.
• Experience with financial management, including budget oversight, expenditure tracking, financial reporting, and implementation of appropriate financial controls.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, present information clearly, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead the full lifecycle of grant programs, including program development, implementation, project management, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate with project partners, stakeholders, government agencies, private organizations, and community partners to support program delivery and align program activities with established goals and requirements.
• Manage program performance through data tracking, monitoring, analysis, reporting, budget oversight, and communication of program outcomes to stakeholders, leadership, legislators, board members, and the public.
• Work collaboratively in dynamic team environments and adapt to changing priorities and program needs.
• Interpret program requirements and develop effective implementation strategies that support successful program outcomes.
• Take initiative, anticipate program needs, and independently move projects forward.
• Conduct outreach, public engagement, and stakeholder communication to increase program participation and effectiveness.
