Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multiple complex programs from scope and budget through closeout.
• Supervise large-scale recovery initiatives and manage the Grant Services Unit.
• Develop and monitor program scopes, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Create standardized administrative procedures for budgeting, contracting, accounting, auditing, reporting, IT systems, and outreach.
• Collaborate with other agencies to design and test a multi-division grants management system.
