Arise Financial is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support governance, regulatory compliance, and contract administration across the organization. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business teams to manage records, track obligations, and streamline governance practices using technology and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years as a corporate paralegal or legal assistant.
• Experience supporting corporate governance, entity management, and records administration.
• Experience coordinating contract workflows, approvals, execution, renewals, and obligations.
• Familiarity with subpoenas, discovery, legal holds, records retention, and retention requirements.
• Knowledge of regulatory filings, audits, and regulatory information requests; wealth management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate records, governance documents, policies, entity records and official documentation.
• Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, signatures, renewals, and deadlines for vendor agreements and NDAs.
• Manage legal records, discovery, holds, retention, and information requests.
• Handle subpoenas, garnishments, court orders, and other legal process documentation.
• Support governance, entity management, due diligence, mergers, and filings for affiliated entities.
