Job summary

GreatAmerica, an Iowa-based equipment financing leader, seeks a Governance and Corporate Legal Analyst to support the board, management committees, and corporate governance. You will coordinate meetings, draft materials, maintain records, and manage the board portal and entity data.

You will provide legal support across corporate functions, administer SharePoint and board portal tools, oversee filings, ethics program updates, and assist with due diligence and other transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal degree optional.
• 6+ years in governance, legal support or a similar role preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Experience coordinating board and committee materials and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance meetings and align schedules with Board meetings.
• Draft agendas, resolutions, consents, and minutes for corporate meetings.
• Administer board materials and manage the board portal and entity data.
• Support governance and committee communications between leadership and Board.
• Administer charters, minutes, and membership lists for governance bodies.
• Support due diligence, document review, and closing logistics for transactions.
• Assist HR matters and corporate litigation support as needed.
