• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Word skills.
• Experience with board portals and SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance-related meetings and materials.
• Prepare board materials, agendas, minutes and resolutions.
• Administer board portals and entity management systems.
• Support corporate transactions, due diligence and HR matters as needed.
