Versant Media is hiring a GolfNow Business Support Specialist for its Partner Care Support team in Orlando. The role focuses on consulting on technology solutions used by golf courses and delivering elite service to improve clients' businesses.

The position requires technical aptitude with Windows/Office, networking basics, and strong customer service skills. Hybrid work arrangement is expected with in-office presence in Orlando, FL.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Technical Certifications such as CompTia, A+, Network+, Google IT Support Professional are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Be a resource for customers by offering solutions to their technical challenges.
• Provide exceptional customer service by speaking directly to golf course operators using proprietary software.
• Remote connect to customer PCs to provide training, install software, adjust configurations, and troubleshoot issues.
• Resolve technical issues including tablet configurations, Windows printing, receipt printing, Bluetooth painting, port forwarding, IP conflicts, and basic SQL queries.
• Advise clients on how to use the software to maximize revenue and improve business efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with partners and serve them effectively.
• Escalate issues to Golf Business Support Manager and ensure solutions are implemented.
• Document information and investigation details in Salesforce cases.
• Show initiative by suggesting product improvements and process enhancements.
