NYU is seeking a Senior Director of Recruitment for Undergraduate Admissions to lead the UG A team in building a positive experience and strong connections with prospective students and families.

You will design and execute an annual plan to recruit and yield best-fit applications across NYU's ten undergraduate schools, while guiding staff, shaping policies through data-driven insights, and collaborating with high schools, alumni, and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong data analysis, strategic planning and leadership experience.
• Experience in admissions or higher education setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the UG Admissions team to drive recruitment and yield.
• Design and execute annual recruitment plan across 10 NY undergraduate schools.
• Oversee processes, training, and systems supporting admission lifecycle.
• Partner with school-based recruitment leads and GEMSS leadership.
