Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of academic and experiential global programs.
• Support development, budgeting, and contracting of new semester, summer, and short-term programs.
• Maintain and redevelop existing programs as needed.
• Coordinate with the Global Experiences Office, UCIS, and campus partners.
• Oversee recruitment, advising, and application processes.
• Prepare program budgets and manage vendor contracts.
• Provide pre-departure preparation, on-program support, and post-program follow-up.
• Track progress and provide reports to senior management.
