Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking an Experiential Learning Specialist on the Global Experiences team to source and schedule academic engagements internationally, liaising with universities and organizations by phone, email, and virtual platforms.

You will research global markets, manage about 150 engagements, lead client calls, align content with course objectives, and collaborate with sales and account management to deliver high-quality study abroad experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Client relationship management experience is a plus.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Self-driven with motivation and perseverance.
• Proactive and team oriented.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow up.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and confirm approximately 150 academic engagements.
• Adhere to Global Experiences Team Timeline.
• Complete Business Briefings at 21 days prior to trip departure.
• Track all contacts sourced using the Capstone CRM platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers regularly and clearly.
• Connect virtually with overseas contacts to form partnerships.
• Gather information on global markets and emerging trends.
• Prepare for and lead client calls and meetings.
• Create and update curriculum and academic materials.
